Insurance operating experience

Headed the PMO of an international IT transformation programme with 300+ people and a budget of EUR 60m+ at a global industrial P&C carrier. PMO fully supported the transformation of the organisation's classical waterfall project management approach into an agile way of working and established a single delivery cadence across the entire organisation.

Data Products

Owned the models (generic, logical and physical) and pipelines (Snowflake, dbt, SQL/Python and Power Query) for budget, LoB, premium and claims performance reporting across multiple international entities. Replaced monthly manual extracts with daily dashboards used by C-level, including the Global P&C head.

Agentic AI

Since 2025 I have been applying agentic AI to insurance business processes. My current work is on a reusable skill that checks submission documents against underwriting guidelines and returns structured feedback. It is in lab stage with a human still in the loop - a public install path will follow.
